Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Generator Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners to assess their power needs, recommend appropriate generator solutions, and guide them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with potential residential customers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess power needs and recommend generator solutions.
• Deliver persuasive and professional sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and financing options.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generator products, services, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, energy solutions, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with generator systems (preferred but not required; training provided).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
