Core responsibilities:
You will give leadership to the whole regional team, recommend the most efficient processes, and drive sales.
• Take full sales and cash-flow responsibility for the Nord Minerals business in Indonesia
• Develop customer relationships
• Build an efficient branch network
• Develop and inspire the sales team
• Assure sustainable and profitable business growth
• Create and implement effective business plans
Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 5 years experience in B2B mining sales;
• Good knowledge of the mining customers at Indonesian market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to develop a high performing team
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Reporting: to the Vice-President of Sales
