Job Title: Salesperson - Global Freight Forwarding

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of global freight forwarding processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed.
