No experience / No degreeExciting opportunity to join a market leader in energy efficiency as a Business Development Manager, driving sales and expanding the commercial solar portfolio. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, follow up on sales leads, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end sales process for commercial solar installations.

The Role:
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow commercial solar sales.
• Identify and engage potential commercial and industrial clients, building strong relationships to drive business growth.
• Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Conduct site assessments and work closely with engineering teams to propose tailored solar solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, incentives, and policy changes to maximise opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the solar, renewable energy, or commercial energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, financing models and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and manage sales pipelines.
