As a Senior Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving demand generation efforts, nurturing key distribution partnerships, and expanding our market reach within Sensing and Safety Technologies.

- Drive Demand Generation: Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns with distributors to generate new leads and opportunities .
- Distribution Sales Activities: Conduct joint sales calls with distributor sales teams to identify new projects, secure design registrations, and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at strategic distribution partners.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Provide Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for distributors and customers, providing technical support, product training, and resolving any issues.
- Pricing Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned across all channels and markets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor distributor inventory levels to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts.
- CRM Management (Salesforce): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
You MUST Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success working with channels/distributors.

- Strong understanding of channel sales methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- CRM knowledge, particularly with Salesforce.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn about complex sensing and safety technologies.

- Broad knowledge of Channel Sales specific in electronic components.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- An ability to influence at the operational level and motivate distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful channel sales strategies.
- Experience in identifying and recruiting new distribution partners.
