As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be to drive and generate new business for Honeywell in Vietnam, across our HPS business services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer interface, responsible for developing business relationships and managing partnerships with new customers, EPCs, and potential partners of Honeywell.

• Lead initiatives to promote Honeywell's solutions to customers in new markets and to competitors' customers and EPCs, identifying opportunities for significant growth.

• Focus on major markets including Upstream Oil & Gas (O&G), LNG Import & distribution, New Energy, and Minerals, Mining, and Metals (MMM) in the Vietnamese region.

• Drive specific initiatives related to Upstream O&G, LNG Import & distribution, New Energy, and MMM, Emissions Monitoring, Cybersecurity, Remote Operating Centres, and the full L1-5 Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) portfolio.

• Develop a deep understanding of the target customer's business, key drivers, and organizational structure, and clearly communicate the value Honeywell delivers to achieve real business outcomes.

• Ensure effective dissemination of key messages and information about Honeywell's value proposition across all levels of the target customer's organization.

• Advocate for the target customer's needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 10 years' experience within the automation, process MMM, or power industry, preferably with experience across instrumentation, automation & advanced applications

• Strong knowledge of the markets we serve and ones we want to serve

• Knowledge and experience selling Industrial Control Software, BESS, DCS's, PLC's, SIS or other technology in a B2B environment.

• Experienced in the use of CRM tools, Account Planning tools, Strategic Selling methodologies and Target Account Selling

• Experience in solution sales. Proven track record of success in industry/ business environment

• Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels)

• Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning

• Marketing and project management experience is desirable

• Previous working experience in a complex organization

Key Accountabilities

Sales Process

• Manages the day to day and strategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic territory and account planning; quarterly results and long term account goals; Identifies new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions for the customer Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer's ambassador, "trusted advisor" and advocate; Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.

• Drives sales campaign and Line of Business (LOB) strategic initiatives

Customers

• Industrial customers in the process MMM, power and Gas industries including, technical buyers, economic buyers, executives. Customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers; pursue growth through regular face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assigned customer base

People Management

• Leverages and marshals cross functional company resources to address customers drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner; Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer; Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for the account while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell. Leads peers by influence to ensure coordination and support to pursue orders

Travel Requirements

• Frequent Travel is a standard requirement of the job, frequency may vary with an expected 25 to 50% minimum.
