Job Title:Solar Business Development

Job Location:Berlin / Dusseldorf / Hamburg / Munich / Nuremberg / Stuttgart, Germany (other citiescan be discussed)

Main responsibilities:

You will be part of our German Digital Power team (incl. Solar PV, EV, Datacenter, Site Power), passionately supporting the local marketing and sales team. We have various opportunities ranging frominternships to full-time positions.

Your responsibilities include handling the following tasks:
  • Assist in account and partner management activities, including forecasting, customer engagement, and negotiation within the residential energy sector
  • Support the identification, development, and closing of opportunities in Germany's residential energy solutions market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help deliver tailored energy solutions, products, and support to meet residential client's needs
  • Aid in achieving target fulfillment by assisting with reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
  • Promote Huawei's residential energy solutions to customers and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or other domain-related disciplines
  • For the full-time opportunities we require 1 - 2 years of experience in renewable energy sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills willing to work in an international team of colleagues, partners and customers
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative and learn new things
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
