Asthe Principal Sales Representative, OT Cybersecurity (Southeast), you will havea pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share forHoneywell. Youwill report directly to our Sr. Sales Manager for Cyber and you'll workon a fully remote work schedule (inclusive of 50% travel). This rolewill be supporting the Southeast territory and is a preferred permanentresidence for this employee.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed your territory Quota
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of OT cybersecurity experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
