Senior Sales Representative - Gas Detection

As a Senior Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market growth for our portable, fixed, and Hi-Tech portfolio in the Balkan region. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our customers' gas detection needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Developand execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the gas detectionproduct line in the Balkan region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, customers,understanding their gas detection needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including productdemonstrations, training, and trouble shooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Key skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in sales, preferably in the gas detection or related industry (Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Science, or a related field it's a big plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gas detection products and theirapplications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, fluent English.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders.
  • Readiness for frequent business trips.
