- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with rig personnel, drilling engineers, and key decision makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned rigs and operators.
- Field Coverage & Support:
- Regularly visit rigs and well sites to ensure proper product use, provide technical support, and address customer concerns.
- Attend rig meetings, safety briefings, and operational reviews as required.
- Sales & Market Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's downhole tool solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maximize market share.
- Tool Requests & Logistics:
- Submit and track tool requests in coordination with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
- Assist customers with tool selection and application recommendations.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Market Share Tracking:
- Collect and analyze data on tool utilization and market penetration.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on market share growth strategies.
