  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with rig personnel, drilling engineers, and key decision makers.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned rigs and operators.
  • Field Coverage & Support:
    • Regularly visit rigs and well sites to ensure proper product use, provide technical support, and address customer concerns.
    • Attend rig meetings, safety briefings, and operational reviews as required.
  • Sales & Market Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's downhole tool solutions.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maximize market share.
  • Tool Requests & Logistics:
    • Submit and track tool requests in coordination with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
    • Assist customers with tool selection and application recommendations.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
    • Provide regular reports on field activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
  • Market Share Tracking:
    • Collect and analyze data on tool utilization and market penetration.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management on market share growth strategies.
