The Deal Candidate
- Assess capabilities and strategic nature of MRO partnerships and establish contractual product &pricing frameworks to meet customer needs for material deals
- Optimize material deal structures to increase CFM56 penetration in New/USM/Repair channels throughout product lifecycle
- Support direct customer negotiations on significant campaigns across our commercial fleets partnering with the Sales team
- Develop commercial expertise across one or more countries, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
- Interprets external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, markets, sales processes, or customers.
- Evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly with internal parties to adopt a different point of view.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Product Management & Operations.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
