This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy.
- Work model: onsite
- Creating Business Development plans for the areas, in coordination with the Sales organization and cross-functional teams.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Business Development of technical product. You have {>5} years of experience in Medium Voltage Instrument Transformers field
- You are innovative around customer relationships and strategic planning
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- You are at ease communicating in English and Czech
- You hold current driving license
