In this role, you will own and manage Customs and Logistics function. You'll ensure compliance to external and internal regulations. You will manage end to end logistics process to meet projects import/export needs, and cost to meet budgets. Manage warehouse. Support Military Concession program. Support ITC/WSK program. This role does not have direct reports.

Job Description
Customs & Logistics Responsibilities (estimated time allocation 40%)
- Own and manage Customs and Logistics processes and procedures according to GE policies.
- Monitor and improve processes to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods and zero defects. Manage KPIs and lead problem solving.
- Collaborate with regional Customs and Logistics teams on reporting and process compliance.
- Cooperate closely with Logistics and Customs suppliers to ensure effective process operation.
- Provides direction, counsel, and support to employees in area of shipping, receiving, and customs processes.
- Communicate changes in Policies and Procedures.
- Manage costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
- Manager CBAM reporting.
- Support audits.
- Manage hardware Warehouse, including inventory and delivery/pickup times.
Military Concession Responsibilities (estimated time allocation 20%)
- Support Military Concession leader in implementation and management of Military Concession process.
- Register and track all transactions. Maintain required documentation.
- Support audits.
ITC / WSK Responsibilities (estimated time allocation 40%)
- Support ITC / WSK Leader in implementation and execution of export control processes and policies.
- Support local ITC / WSK policies and procedures.
- Conduct ITS/WSK trainings.
- Manage WSK internal auditors and audit process.
- Monitor transactions with foreign entities in accordance with WSK requirements.
- Keeping records of exports / imports in goods of strategic importance.
- Preparation of reports, management of KPIs.
- Preparation of applications for export authorizations.
- Manage the list of taggers for EDC organization .
- Maintaining organization's Tagger Matrix up-to-date.
- Manage ITC Focal Point program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to establish relationships and cooperation with peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, document and execute processes. Established project management skills.
- Process and results oriented.
Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
- Experience in Logistics and / or Customs.
- Experience in ITC and export tagging.
- Experience in Military concession.
- Knowledge of WSK regulations. Be familiar with legal acts, and practices.
- Experience in Lean management.
