JOB DESCRIPTION

- Achieve product sales objectives, prepare and update quotations and/or price lists;

- Ensure that evaluations of contractual requirements with customers are carried out, based on the capacity of Rig Aftermarket's operation, when we enter into or fulfill contracts, respond to quotations or request management approval;

- Seek help from the technical support team for material data. Keep the customer up to date on requests. Perform the preparation, presentation and follow-up of the Quotations, updating the controls;

- Collaborate with the achievement of the objectives established in the annual business plan, executing the weekly follow-up to the forecast and paying attention to revisions in the annual projections;

- Know the actions of the competitors;

- Know the sales goals of materials and contribute to their achievement;

- Contribute to the development and growth of the customer database and the relationship with them, also taking into account infrequent customers;

- Coordinate commercial bidding processes with clients and ensure compliance with the agreements obtained, considering the impacts, evaluating variables and necessary adjustments, based on the support of the Legal Department and approval of the Board of Directors;

- Prepare and update the customer record;

- Follow up on informed deliveries to customers;

- Follow up on the billing process (internal); Sales

- Identify customer needs, satisfy their requests and present proposals;

- Implement commercial and market activities to improve customer service and satisfaction;

- Keep up to date with the market;

- Negotiate with customers in order to obtain the order within mutually satisfactory conditions;

- Provide and elaborate quality projects in the Sales area;

- Follow established pricing practices;

- Be responsible for projects involving inventory items;

- Partially cover the (a) Lead Sales Representative in his/her absence, or when necessary, in the activities of Sales;

- Visit customers to provide information about the processes, following up on open orders

and/or conducting satisfaction surveys;

- Analyze alternatives to achieve the necessary goals for the departments that are internal customers;

- Analyze and monitor the level of customer satisfaction, solving complaints;

- Support the team, the management of the area and the management of the department with the pertinent activities, using the system

Integrated current for control and presenting reports;

- Ensure accuracy of data in the integrated system or in computerized control;

- Search for resources to minimize the backlog of pending items;

- Contribute to quality projects, seeking improvements to the areas;

- Provide support to other countries regarding the implementation of projects;

- Define strategies with superiors;

- Generate information for the ongoing quality program and the numbers needed for follow-up

objectives and targets.

- Participate in internal and/or external meetings;

- Report the numbers related to the activities of the areas to the management;

- Represent the areas in audits;

- Work together with NOV's departments, aiming at the integration of activities;

- Comply with all the Company's policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System

and SMS, as well as other Corporate guidelines;

- Perform other tasks related to the role assigned to him/her;

- Seek continuous improvement in its activities and operations.

- Checking and reviewing invoices, packing lists, BL, and/or AWB, and issuing service requests.

- Support the team in defining the best strategy in relation to possible logistics scenarios, in accordance with current legislation and considering the equipment requirements and company policies.

- Issuing and reviewing purchase orders, qualifying suppliers, as well as negotiating commercial proposals. Responsible for ensuring with relevant internal stakeholders that all imported goods were declared in accordance with current legislation.

- Request and payment instructions from the finance department, and support for freight forwarders, dispatchers, and transport companies.

- Ensure and direct that all import/export cargo is delivered as scheduled.

- Analyze costs and issue periodic performance reports (KPIs) and improve and develop new procedures.

REQUISITIONS:

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Foreign Trade;

- Experience in Supply, Logistics, Purchasing, Import and Export. Mastery of Brazilian Customs Legislation and Special Customs Regimes, with emphasis on the acquisition and transportation of oversized cargo and installation materials for Oil and Gas sectors, including onshore and offshore, issuance and approval of documents;

- Experience in strategic planning and coordination of delivery of goods. Qualification of suppliers, contracting services of freight forwarders and forwarders, national and international freight and customer service skills;

- Advanced English;

- Spanish intermediary.
