**Job Title: Business Development Manager - Asset Integrity**

**General Responsibilities:**

- **Strategy and Execution:**
  - Develop and execute regional sales, marketing, and business development strategies in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director, SS Business Development Director, and Regional Management teams.
  - Maintain and update all records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities within CRM (Salesforce).
  - Deliver agreed individual sales targets annually.

- **Client Management:**
  - Ensure a consistent and transparent approach to account management, regional client account management, and business acquisition.
  - Maintain and expand the existing client base while prospecting and securing new clients.
  - Plan, prepare, and execute sales trips to visit/maintain existing clients, source new clients, and expand business opportunities.

- **Market Engagement:**
  - Attend key market events, conferences, and functions as required.
  - Conduct market research, source market intelligence, and keep up-to-date with regional activity to expand business.
  - Pass on relevant market intelligence to other Asset Integrity/Group BD personnel/regions.

- **Sales and Negotiation:**
  - Keep existing clients aware of OES’ service range, upsell, and expand OES and DSL’s scope where possible, and probe for further opportunities.
  - Negotiate with clients to obtain the best outcomes for Asset Integrity, ensuring terms and conditions of sale are accurate and enforceable.
  - Lead the preparation and collation of technical and commercial proposals and tenders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- **Company Representation:**
  - Help to maintain and improve OES and DSL’s image in the marketplace.
  - Liaise and participate in Regional Operations meetings to assist with planning and resource allocation.
  - Prepare and conduct presentations, understanding market and competitor pricing.

- **Quality Assurance:**
  - Promote and represent OES professionally and competently.
  - Work safely, following all in-house and external safety regulations.

**Human Resources:**

- Participate in staff events, training, and teambuilding as required.

**HSE Responsibilities:**

- Comply with the OES HSE Policy and other policies with HSE Objectives.
- Communicate Client HSE Requirements to the HSE Department during the bidding process.
- Ensure no harm to self and others, and no damage to the environment and property.
- Monitor and minimize the use of resources as part of fuel, water, and energy conservation.
- Ensure waste management and reduce waste generation through reuse and recycling.
- Report all incidents to Line Manager, HR, and HSE Department, and participate in investigations.
- Follow the health and hygiene system at the office and report to the HSE Department.
- Complete job-specific HSE training programs within the allocated time.
- Follow OES HSE Management System and procedures.
- Ensure conformance to the use of OES HSE procedures and formats.
- Report any potential danger to employees and the environment to Line Manager.

**Current Career Status:**

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or within Business Development in Aberdeen.
- Early middle career stage, with the ambition to make a significant impact.
- Aggressive and eager to advance their career.
- Existing client base with strong relationships.

**Age Range:**

- 30 to 40 years old - mid range in career
