BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
About the Company:
Company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of geotechnical and water engineering solutions. We offer a wide range of products including geotechnical profiles, modular flood control systems, and geosynthetics. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and energetic Business Development Director to join our team and help us expand our business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and develop relationships with contractors and distributors in the European market (direct and indirect export)
  • Create and develop a distribution network for the company products in new markets
  • Identify potential directions for the development of the company's product portfolio
  • Identify potential directions for the development of the company (strategic alliances, acquisition, vertical integration with other entities)
  • Direct collaboration with the project support team and product managers
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development of technical products - documented achievements / confirmed effectiveness
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign markets
  • Knowledge of the geotechnical profiles market and the geosynthetics market
  • Knowledge of the water and civil engineering sector
  • Own portfolio of customer relationships in the water and civil engineering industry
  • Experience in introducing technical products for the above-mentioned industry on foreign markets, especially in Western Europe
  • Ability to identify market needs in terms of new product needs as well as modernization of existing ones
  • Knowledge of the plastics processing industry - not required, but welcome
  • Fluent in English / additional asset will be knowledge of French or Spanish

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in the water and civil engineering industry. They will have a strong network of relationships in the industry and be able to quickly build rapport with new customers. They will also be a strategic thinker with a clear vision for the future of the company
