The Sales Manager serves as the main point of contact for customers, handling products and services, identifying opportunities, crafting account strategies, coordinating sales processes, managing customer expectations, and negotiating contracts.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Represent sales, support, and service delivery programs
  • Calculate, submit, and manage profitable offers and contracts
  • Ensure accountability for overdue accounts
Tasks:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers regarding products and services
  • Guide prospective customers from initial contact to contract closure
  • Qualify accounts and manage customer relationships
  • Handle customer expectations during proposals and negotiations
  • Negotiate new sales, upgrades, and service contracts
  • Demonstrate and explain sold products/solutions with strategic insights
  • Coordinate and manage sales processes
  • Serve as the sales contact during the handover from sales to services
  • Support the service manager during the proposal and negotiation phases for service maintenance agreements (SMAs)
