Our client is leading wind turbine manufacturer, due to the growth in Poland we recruit experienced candidates for the role of Sales Manager.
Sales Manager Wind Turbines

• Support for the polish market (possibly other Eastern European countries) and close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Independent acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers
• Coordination and management of the entire sales process up to the conclusion of the contract
• Preparing offers and contracts, answering customer requests (technical, commercial, planning and permit related)
• Contract negotiations for purchase contracts for wind turbines and service contracts
• Analysis, creation and preparation of budget figures, presentations and reports on customers and market developments
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences to promote market presence
• Management and forecasting of our CRM system
• Close internal cooperation with specialist departments and with Country Manager in Poland

Requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in economics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable is desirable
• Several years of experience in sales ideally in plan construction for the wind industry in Poland
• Experience in contract law
• Business fluent in Polish and English, German is a plus
• Multicultural skills, experience in Polish and German business culture
• Team oriented way of working with a high degree of customer orientation and rhetorical skills
• High willingness to travel
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy
• Knowledge of the development process of renewable energy projects in Poland is an advantage
