Import End-to-End Event Manager
The North America (NAM) Import and Export Planning Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to fill a full-time position assuming the role of Import End-to-End (E2E) Event Manager . Your focus will be to maximize and optimize needed flow of goods imported into NAM by detecting potential service disruption and coordinating E2E actions with internal stakeholders, as well as being the 'voice' of NAM with other regions to escalate our needs. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service for imported products at the lowest possible cost and always in partnership with internal stakeholders. Within this role you will work closely with Schneider suppliers both in NAM and overseas, logistics (transportation and warehousing), replenishment, master data and analytics, project managers, offer marketing, sales, finance and Sales Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP).
Key Responsibilities
• Support both NAM distribution centers (DC) and plants replenishment teams by escalating specific needs to our Schneider suppliers overseas and working closely with them until completion
• Coordinate E2E specific high disruption and multi-nodes events (affecting several DCs and plants in NAM). Detect the disruption early and mitigate with quick arbitration and decision making
• Ensure that standard existing processes are applied. Define new processes as needed
• Lead regular reviews of default Mode of Transport (MOT) for products imported into NAM and corresponding leadtimes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or analysis relevant to key metrics: service level, inventory and cost
• Help mentoring and coaching the rest of the Import replenishment team in terms of performance, competencies upskilling, recognition, engagement and well-being
• Drive digitization and continuous improvement
• Take action to ensure key performance indicators are met

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal contacts
• Proven ability to work in a team environment between various functions of an organization
• A self-motivated and influential change agent with experience leading continuous improvement and organizational transformation
• Strong analytical and issue resolution abilities to achieve sustainable results. Must be comfortable with datamining. This person will need to pull large quantity of data from different Schneider tools, conduct deep dive analysis and ultimately be able to summarize and present the findings and recommended actions in an Executive summary

• Foster collaboration and network, both locally in NAM and with internal stakeholders overseas
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business
• Minimum 8 years of Replenishment strategy, Supply Planning, inventory, and logistics management
• Experience with SAP (S4 Hana), Oracle, Kinaxis or other planning software packages
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
