About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll work closely with doctors, research staff, and participants to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing study documentation and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating participant visits and protocol assessments
• Ensuring accurate and timely data collection
• Monitoring adverse events and ensuring proper reporting
• Liaising with sponsors, investigators, and the recruitment team
• Supporting audits, inspections, and study close-outs

• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, TGA, and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
