(Senior) Clinical Research Associate – Oncology Research

About the Role

NES Fircroft is seeking a (Senior) Clinical Research Associate (SCRA/CRA) for a leading oncology research provider. This role involves monitoring clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines, and contributing to advancements in cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage study site operations from feasibility to closeout.
• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Support HREC submissions and regulatory processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and trial management systems.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and investigational product accountability.
• Identify and report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
• Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related field).
• 2-3 years’ CRA experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting.
• Experience in EDC, CTMS, HREC submissions, and site management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Oncology trial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment and travel as needed.
