Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong clinical trial expertise to manage and develop a high-performing team.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about patient care, clinical research excellence, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Clinical Trials Unit, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the planning and execution of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored trials.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows.
• Build strong relationships with investigators, sponsors, and research partners.

About You:

• Degree in life sciences, health, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in clinical trial site operations, including Phase I trials.
• Strong knowledge of Australian clinical trial regulations & GCP.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in project management within a clinical trials setting.
