NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regulatory Manager.
This leadership role involves managing a portfolio of projects across the product lifecycle, from development to post-market support, within the JAPAC region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage direct reports, and ensure the achievement of strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, driving innovation and efficiencies.
- Foster cross-collaboration across business units to expand service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business unit.
- Provide high-quality regulatory, quality, and compliance services.
- Mentor and performance-manage direct reports.
- Support business development and client satisfaction.
Desired Experience:
- Degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in JAPAC regulatory affairs, TGA, and Medsafe knowledge.
- Strong leadership, business development, and financial acumen.
