Job Overview

This is an entry level job. To provide specialized support to IES throughout KSAB. Also act as one of the IES focal point for the internal clients and assist in growing businesses in terms of log quality control, processing and interpretation of logs. A candidate with a geological/petrophysical background and/or operation, skilled in services in terms of operations. His/her presence locally is mandatory for client contact, communication and interaction. Entry level to minimal experience position

Responsibilities:

• Perform fully integrated formation evaluation and log quality control tasks
• Manage data upload and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with supervisors and mentors to enhance technical and operational skills
• Contribute to IES activities and duties as directed by the IES Manager
• Process, interpret, and evaluate open-hole and cased-hole logs

Skills:

• Proficiency in log quality control, processing, and interpretation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Geology/Physics, petroleum Engineering, engineering and/or Petrophysics
