The Lay Supervisor has primary responsibility for the operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment related to lay deck operations. The supervisor implements and monitors technical procedures and reporting, work management and execution.
We are seeking candidates who want to understand the environment in which we operate in and support effective delivery of our offshore projects, building effective and trusting two-way relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a desire to develop yourself, building individual effectiveness and capability to change and deliver.
Applicants will need to have served a recognised trade apprenticeship as an Electrical Technician or equivalent, and a Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in appropriate Electrical, Electronic or Control Systems Qualification. At least 2 years of offshore experience in operating Lay Equipment as a Senior Electrical Technician and Minimum of 8 years' trade experience following completion of apprenticeship.
