About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Analyst to oversee the execution and implementation of a strategic technology project in collaboration with key business stakeholders and IT teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet predefined business requirements and quality standards. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Structure and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment and obtaining stakeholder approvals.
2. Support requirement gathering processes, develop system designs, and draft functional specifications.
3. Provide technical expertise and deliver well-informed recommendations to evaluate and enhance project outcomes.
4. Identify and implement necessary modifications to existing systems to meet evolving user needs.
5. Collaborate with project leaders, data and analytics teams, and IT personnel to ensure solutions are feasible, consistent, and compliant with organizational standards and policies.
6. Prepare and present project status reports during regular management meetings.
7. Adopt a proactive "can-do" attitude to handle additional tasks as assigned by the IT management team.
