Job Title: Senior Data and Analytics Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data & Analytics Analyst to transform raw data into valuable insights that empower decision-making and drive business success. The role involves leveraging data analytics techniques and business intelligence (BI) technologies to create meaningful, high-quality information that meets stakeholders' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyze collected requirements and design solutions using the organization's BI technology stack.
• Extract data from various systems (e.g., SQL, SAP BW, Oracle) and transform it to improve quality and usability for stakeholders.
• Adhere to best practices and design principles for BI tools and technology stacks.
• Monitor system logs, tighten access processes, and redefine user roles for better data governance.
• Collaborate with data owners and consumers to define high-quality data standards and revisit processes to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
• Support stakeholders in maintaining data integrity, availability, and quality.
• Perform data analysis to assess quality, relevance, and meaning.
• Develop and refine data integration and modelling processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a related role.

2. Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python.
