About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities and business intelligence dashboards to support decision-making processes.
2. Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and data mining methods to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
3. Establish robust frameworks for data collection, storage, and governance to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
4. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of data management tools, including ETL processes, cloud platforms, and reporting technologies.
5. Ensure the reliability and availability of data platforms for analysis and reporting purposes.
6. Develop and implement enterprise-wide data quality standards, data protection measures, and adoption requirements.
7. Design and implement data models to structure information effectively for analysis and visualization.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
