As a Maintenance Strategist for offshore grid connections you're responsible as a central contact person for the development and improvement of maintenance strategies for offshore grid connection systems.
- In this role you will apply methodological knowledge from the field of predictive maintenance;
- You will analyse data to identify trends and recurring problems in the field of maintenance and develop innovative solution concepts;
- You contribute to optimization projects in international teams and derive company-wide standards from them;
- You assume the interface function to manufacturers, operators and suppliers for your area of responsibility;
- The identification and evaluation of risks arising from the operation and aging of equipment are part of your strategic responsibilities
The Maintenance Strategist reports to the team manager of the M-OG department.
Your profile and background
- A Bacherlor or Master degree and preferably in the field of Electrical or Energy Engineering;
- Experience with Data Analytics is a plus;
- You are able to 'build bridges' between different internal departments and external parties;
- Knowledge of reliability engineering is an important ;
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills.

- The weekly working time is 40 hours.
- The position is unlimited.
- Salary: € 4675,- up to a maximum of € 9196,- in grade 9 (depending of knowledge and experience).
