1. Master the production process, equipment distribution, equipment principle and application of the oil transmission station, be familiar with the routine maintenance procedures, make the correct diagnosis of the faulty equipment, deal with the equipment failure according to the requirements of mechanical engineers, and ensure that the equipment runs in good working conditions;
2. Responsible for the work ticket processing before oil transportation production activities, and do a good job of safety analysis and site monitoring before work;
3. Responsible for the daily inspection of the equipment area of the oil transmission station, timely report any problems, and regularly clean up the environmental health of the equipment area;
4. Responsible for the daily and periodic inspection and maintenance of pump equipment, such as regular replacement of lubricating oil, spare pump wheel, etc., and make inspection and maintenance records to ensure the integrity of equipment data;
5. Responsible for the regular grease maintenance and repair of the valve of the oil transmission station, including cleaning the valve stem, checking the flexibility of the switch, testing the blowdown valve, etc., to ensure the safety and reliability of the valve;
6. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the mechanical part of the generator, regular maintenance according to the equipment manual, including the replacement of lubricating oil, mechanical filter, air filter, etc., to ensure the good running condition of the generator;
7. Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the monthly and annual inspection of the pressure vessels (filters, storage tanks, oil-water separators, receiving cylinders) of the station and yard, as well as the regular inspection work of the inspection institutions, and timely maintain the normal equipment (filters) with pressure differences to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pressure vessels of the station and yard;
8. Responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of mechanical equipment, strictly implement the mechanical maintenance plan, put forward reasonable suggestions on the hidden dangers of equipment and assist mechanical engineers to take effective corrective measures;
9. Responsible for sorting out spare parts in the warehouse, cleaning the warehouse, updating the ledger in time, and assisting mechanical engineers in the application and procurement of spare parts;
10. Participated in the diesel unloading work of the station and yard, monitored the operation of the diesel pump in real time, and ensured the smooth completion of the unloading work;
11. Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the repair work, achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and save production costs for the company;
12. Assist mechanical engineers to supervise the contractor's entry into the station, report any problems in time, and ensure the safety and construction quality of the site.
