The Service Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-orientated individual. In this role, an employee will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repair of the company's generator fleet, ensuring all assets that they remain in excellent working condition.

Job Description:
The Service Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-orientated individual. In this role, an employee will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repair of the company's generator fleet, ensuring all assets that they remain in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the maintenance information system to build work packages of scheduled and repair maintenance for generator fleet of up to 100 units.
- Incorporate priority tasks from Managers with service and safety bulletins to ensure that all company assets are maintained in compliance with best company practices.
- Generate work packages, relay assignments, and uphold expectations to technicians.
- Coordinate with operations, third party vendors, and on-site customers to schedule asset maintenance and repairs in the field and at facilities.
- Conduct field audits at specified intervals to ensure technician work is completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate the delivery of special equipment to complete maintenance at field sites.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed on the fleet, including dates, detailed work orders costs, and parts utilized.
- Generate part orders through the Inventory department when necessary.
- Complete surveillance of parts counts, special equipment and communicate with the Inventory department to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
- Prepare and present fleet performance reports and maintenance trend analysis to maintenance managers.
- Must be dependable, uphold a high level of integrity, and exhibit a positive work ethic.
- Must have good verbal and communication skills and excellent listening skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as fleet management or facilities management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Extensive computer system skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
