This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution while leading teams and optimizing operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct maintenance teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient offshore operations.
- Collaborate with planners and schedulers to develop resource plans and approve cost estimates.
- Manage maintenance activities within budget, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Serve as a key contact for incident response and emergency situations.
- Work closely with operations and service providers to resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards.
- Support turnaround planning and execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability within offshore or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced setting.
- In-depth knowledge of industry design standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
