About the Role

A leading organization in the energy sector is seeking a Maintenance First Line Supervisor III to oversee and manage maintenance and construction operations for offshore facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution while leading teams and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient offshore operations.
• Collaborate with planners and schedulers to develop resource plans and approve cost estimates.
• Manage maintenance activities within budget, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Serve as a key contact for incident response and emergency situations.
• Work closely with operations and service providers to resolve execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards.
• Support turnaround planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability within offshore or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced setting.
• In-depth knowledge of industry design standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
