Job Purpose

• Control of all electrical maintenance activities. And do above in case of supervisor absence.
• Assisting in Installation, Commissioning / start up, Operation & Maintenance of Electrical equipment Involved with the Productions facilities and new projects.
• Help supervisors to develop plans for maintenance of electrical equipment at serviced objects.
• Supervise and lead the work of electricians on the field to carry out maintenance activities
• Continuous improvement of the system with technological upgrade to meet the company's objectives
• Assuring that all activities are executed according to standards and safety policies.
• Issue and follow up all electrical safety documents (PTW, isolation certificates.........etc.)
• Responsible for achievement of maintenance plan and follow up in the CMMS.in case of supervisor absent.
• Risk evaluation and precautions for all electric voltage levels.

Job Responsibilities

A . • Operation and repair of all electrical equipment (motors, generators, transformers, switch gears, panels, accommodations equipment. etc.)

• Must follow the maintenance plan for all electrical equipment
• Testing and commissioning of all the new installed electrical equipment
• Ability to take decisions independently at crucial junctures is an advantage.
• Responsibility for electrical equipment at serviced sites in the absence of Electrical Supervisor.

Education

• Qualification Requirements
• Primary Professional Education. Higher education in Electrical Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferable. With the 4th group of tolerance for electrical safety.
• Work experience of at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry .
• Experience with motors, generators and switchgears.
• Experience with electrical systems and commissioning, identifying and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Aware about electrical safety rules
