You will report directly to our Site Director, and you'll workout of our Colonial Heights, Virginia location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the day-to-day managementof facility maintenance and operations. You will be accountable for ensuringthat our facilities are operating safely, effectively and efficiently,providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers.Your expertise in maintenance and people management will not only enhance the safety,productivity and efficiency of our operations but also contribute to theoverall success of the business. It is imperative that you not only practicesafety but embody it here at Colonial Heights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce and practice all of site safety protocols
- Drive accountability across the work group maintaining operational disclipline.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans, prioritizing tasks toensure that facilities remain well-maintained, compliant with regulations, andoperational.
- Participate in budget planning and help manage allocated funds formaintenance activities to achieve cost-effective solutions while maintaininghigh facility standards.
- Monitor the condition and functionality of facility assets, such as equipmentand infrastructure, and coordinate repairs, replacements, or upgrades asneeded.
- Ensure that facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatoryrequirements, managing necessary permits and certifications, and addressing anycompliance issues.
- Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenanceservices, monitoring their work to ensure it meets established standards and iswithin budget.
- Implement energy-saving and sustainable practices to reduce operational costsand minimize the environmental footprint of facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections, quality assessments, and maintenance performanceevaluations to maintain and improve facility standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans forfacility-related incidents, including power outages, natural disasters, andother emergencies.
- Work with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders tocomprehend their facility needs and provide updates on maintenance activities.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Experience with budget management
