activities for our products in the Juarez, Chihuahua location. You will collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers
to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in driving the

performance of our products through rigorous testing. You will lead a team of technicians, provide technical guidance,
and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes
RESPONSABILTIES
Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to perform testing activities
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on products
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency
• Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
• Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.
• Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition
• Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports
• Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles.
• Manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverables
• Carry out down time analysis related to all Test Equipment machines
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 5 years of experience in testing or related roles
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Leadership experience in a testing environment
Experience with test equipment and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work on 2nd shift 3:30 to 12:00pm
