Our client is seeking an Electrical Installation & Commissioning Logistics Manager to work within their facilities located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on a 1.5-year assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a well-coordinated planning of offshore logistics for personnel and materials.
• Collaborate with Offshore Operations, Offshore Commissioning teams, and Contractors to establish trust and effective teamwork.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and materials for daily commissioning activities are available on time.
• Organize, participate in, and coordinate regular logistics meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment by managing RAMS and WAD review processes and ensuring offshore personnel meet qualification standards.
• Attend regular internal and external management meetings to provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure all LV, utility, and mechanical systems are maintained per contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and apply the defect management system in alignment with contractual roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee the spare part inventory and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate the operational handover of offshore platforms among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Background in Electrical or Marine Engineering.
• Experience with offshore substation outfitting, electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of low voltage and building utilities, high voltage (AC/DC) systems, protection systems, electromechanical safety systems, and SCADA/communication systems.
• Experience in offshore logistics management.
