As a Sr R&O Maintenance Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the maintenance and reliability of our equipment and systems. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing strategies to enhance maintenance processes, and implementing best practices to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact our maintenance operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan mechanical jobs in your assigned area including detailed job steps, all specific technical data (torque specs, material of construction specs)
- Job walk down to verify work being planned
- Lead scheduling meetings/ including turnaround planning and execution meetings
- Procure material and labor needed to execute planned jobs
- P&ID reviews to ensure planning accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution
- Analyze maintenance data and identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI) related to maintenance activities

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10 years experience in production facility maintenance in mechanical
- 5 years Mechanical/Rotating equipment experience planning/scheduling
- SAP planning experience
- Experience with one line drawings and P&ID's
- 2+ years experience in Microsoft Excel
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- P6 scheduling experience or Microsoft Project scheduling experience
- Experience in maintenance optimization and reliability engineering
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
