Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Romi Mill Machinist to operate and maintain Romi CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC milling operations, a strong understanding of technical drawings, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Romi CNC milling machines to manufacture parts to specification.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  
  
• Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters for each job.
  
  
• Perform first-piece inspections and continuous quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  
  
• Make necessary offset and program adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
  
  

Other Details:

• Work 44-55hrs a week
  
  
• Open to working OT when necessary
