About the Role:

We’re seeking a Site Project Coordinator to join a high-performing team working on a long-term energy infrastructure project in the Birmingham area. This role is key to supporting maintenance activities and small project works across a terminal/storage tank site, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient on-site delivery.

This is a hands-on, site-based coordination role with real impact. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have experience with terminals, tank farms, or bulk storage, this could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating day-to-day site maintenance and small project execution

• Managing contractor activities, schedules, and documentation

• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and permit-to-work procedures

• Supporting inspections, readiness reviews, and project close-out

• Communicating with site operations, engineering consultants, and project teams

• Facilitating toolbox talks and weekly contractor check-ins

• Playing a key role in ensuring project timelines and compliance are maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in terminals, tank farms, or liquid storage facilities

• Site-based coordination or supervision background

• Comfortable working with contractors, permits, and field activities

• Proactive, safety-focused, and well-organized

• Strong communication and documentation skills
