Summary:
As a member of the Construction Pipeline Maintenance Crew,you will work with a safety-first team to complete under/above ground utility construction projects.
These positions can be physically demanding and involves working in a typically heavy outdoor construction environment. These roles are considered variable-hour and may have a rotating break between projects.

IAG is hiring entry level and skilled candidates for the following positions:
- Construction Laborer
- Equipment Operator
- Construction Crew Member
- Construction Foreman
- Construction Superintendent
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Roles and Responsibilities will be determined by job and project.
- Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.
- Actively participates in JSA and uses all necessary steps to complete tasks safely and ensures the safety of others working in the area.
- Communicate with all levels of management and crew to effectively present any needs and changes.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of construction job sites
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to adhere to a written method or procedure.
- Confidence to STOP work when a problem is immediately identified.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products, including email.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Management Responsibilities:
- These roles do not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may direct work on a project depending on the position.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications):
- Crew Member, Labor: Entry level 0-6 months or more in similar role.
- Equipment Operator: 1+ years' experience operating heavy equipment (backhoes, skid steers, excavators)
- Foreman: 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Superintendent: 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Current Driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
Environmental/Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must have excellent depth perception, hearing, and manual dexterity to operate all machines safely.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
- The physical environment for this position requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions in extreme temperatures and weather.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
Other Considerations/Requirements:
- Must be able to travel at least 85% of the time.
- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Overtime may be required depending on the project.
