JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Process & Procedure Development
   
   Create and maintain SOPs, maintenance work instructions, and engineering documentation in coordination with the maintenance team.
2. CMMS Integration
   
   Ensure all documentation and data are accurately reflected in the CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent), and support ongoing system improvements.
3. Spare Parts & Asset Data Management
   
   Maintain and update master data for spare parts and physical assets, ensuring information such as specifications, usage, and criticality are accurate and up to date.
4. On-Site Maintenance Support
   
   Participate in on-site troubleshooting during major breakdowns or system failures. Support root cause investigations and ensure findings are captured in procedural updates.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
   
   Analyze CMMS data to track maintenance trends, downtime, and reliability KPIs. Provide insights and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 2-5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in maintenance engineering, asset management, or technical documentation roles.
3. Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
4. Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
5. Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
6. Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CMMS dashboards; Power BI is a plus).
7. Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and departments.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)

Note: Certifications are considered a plus but are not required. Candidates without certifications but with relevant experience and capability are strongly encouraged to apply. Actively pursuing these certifications is viewed favorably.
