What are you going to do

  • Supervise and monitor all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure all work is carried out safely and to the required quality levels.
  • Review and interpret electrical design documents, single-line diagrams, and installation drawings.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems including LV/MV power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems, and instrumentation cabling.
  • Ensure contractors and subcontractors adhere to construction schedules and promptly address any delays or issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
  • Support the testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical systems, including energization and functional tests.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and client HSE policies and procedures; lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Identify potential field problems or conflicts and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify that materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently and are compliant with specifications.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical support or clarification when necessary.
  • Assist in documentation control, including as-built drawings, checklists, and inspection reports.


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Indonesian Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in electrical supervision, with at least 3 years in LNG or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC), standards, and safety regulations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including LV and MV distribution, grounding, lighting, and control systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Familiar with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
