JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate work across all shifts, including vendors and contractors.
• Manage the safe installation, repair, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee contractor work to ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs and service schedules using NOV Max Maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Foster a work environment focused on safety compliance, quality standards, and teamwork.

Job Duties

• Schedule and assign daily and long-term maintenance tasks based on operational needs and forecasts.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Track and manage spare parts and equipment to reduce downtime and support continuous operations.
• Conduct employee training on safety procedures, equipment operation, and company policies.
• Perform employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and timecard approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, and local codes.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and resolve non-conformances.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle and MS Project preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing facility environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Travel required up to 10%.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $27.38-$32.51 per hour
