The department of Service Operation Support, Technical Planning, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Delivery Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility is Technical Planning of Scheduled / Unscheduled / CIM ( Continuous Improvement Management) service activities in SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that personnel are properly trained to deliver services in line with internal procedures and country-specific requirements
• Manage team members effectively, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and developing personalized growth plans
• Lead and contribute to various organizational projects
• Implement and oversee HR processes such as People Review, Merit, Motivation, and Performance Dialogues
• Develop clear procedures and instructions to guide operational activities
• Maintain effective collaboration with service teams and site management

• You have effective interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
• You are capable of leading and supporting a team with clarity and purpose

• Having a technical background in similar areas will be beneficial

Candidates should live in or near Szczecin—ideally within about 100 km, due to the requirement to commute to the office at least twice per week.
