A Deepwater Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance production and modification activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Gulf of Mexico production assets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule discipline-specific and general maintenance activities.
- Provide detailed procedural job steps.
- Coordinate 3rd party and construction needs for orders.
- Requisition materials/services for repairs.
- Comply with EME process requirements.
- Develop 14/7 day schedules and prioritize/allocate resources.
- Consult with Discipline Planners for work planning guidance.
- Coordinate schedule and work prep activities with team members.
- Create and modify corrective maintenance task lists.
- Manage standing and weekly absence orders.
- Ensure timely closure and TECO of orders.
- Verify completeness of work prep before setting SAP status to EXEC.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of production setting experience required.
- Strong maintenance planning experience required
- SAP experience preferred.
- SafeGulf certification.
- Strong Excel skills for charts and tables.
- Excellent clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Experience in production data entry and logistics.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Real ID driver's license or current passport
