Overview

A Deepwater Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance production and modification activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Gulf of Mexico production assets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule discipline-specific and general maintenance activities.
  • Provide detailed procedural job steps.
  • Coordinate 3rd party and construction needs for orders.
  • Requisition materials/services for repairs.
  • Comply with EME process requirements.
  • Develop 14/7 day schedules and prioritize/allocate resources.
  • Consult with Discipline Planners for work planning guidance.
  • Coordinate schedule and work prep activities with team members.
  • Create and modify corrective maintenance task lists.
  • Manage standing and weekly absence orders.
  • Ensure timely closure and TECO of orders.
  • Verify completeness of work prep before setting SAP status to EXEC.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of production setting experience required.
  • Strong maintenance planning experience required
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • SafeGulf certification.
  • Strong Excel skills for charts and tables.
  • Excellent clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in production data entry and logistics.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Real ID driver's license or current passport
