Duties and Respondsabilities:
- Performs safe installation , service, preventative maintenance, and repair of CAS units at customer sites.
- Schedules visits and collaborates with customers and team members to ensure consistency of communication and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner. Conducts routine face-to-face visits. Maintains high level of professionalism as a representative of the company, helping to instill customer confidence and a positive company image. Keeps customer information
- Analyzes work orders and plans travel schedule. Travels throughout assigned territory, normally by driving to customer sites.
- Arranges for appropriate service equipment, supplies, and system component parts to ensure availability to complete assignments and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Investigates customer complaints, trouble shoots equipment failures, and resolves problems. Identifies solutions and suggests improvements when
- Documents service and installation actions through use of Salesforce and creates follow up tasks.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
Education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Vocational/trade school preferred
- A valid driver's license with "clean" driving record
- 3 years' experience preferably with building systems including electrical, mechanical, air flow, HVAC, air pollution control, facilities
- Electrical experience with low voltage/electronics
- Installation and or rigging experience also desired
- Experience with installation processes
- Ability to be certified to work off-the-ground, including on ladders, scissor and boom lifts
- Effective communication skills with ability to articulate information (verbally and in writing) to customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive spirit and possessing strong business ethics
- Strong organizational and time management skills having ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Experience with CRM software a plus
- Ability and available to do extensive travel within territory, including overnight and possibly weekend work when required. (Approximately 75-80% travel.
