1. The candidate must be a Thai Nationality person.
2. The applicant should not be a person whose license has been suspended under the Nuclear Act for Peace 2016.
3. The individual must not have had a license revoked under the Nuclear Energy for Peace Act 2016 within two years from the date of the license revocation.

Furthermore, to be eligible for the position of a Mid-level Radiation Safety Officer, the applicant needs to fulfill the following requirements:
1. Completion of at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
2. Be a junior radiation safety officer with a minimum of one year of experience, and have successfully completed a training course related to radiation safety from the Office of Atoms for Peace or a course certified by the Office of Atoms for Peace.
