Role: Engineering and Maintenance Readiness Manager

Key Responsibilites:

• Leading end-to-end maintenance readiness for the field development project, ensuring all new facilities meet operational and maintenance requirements.
• Responsible for building the SAP asset register, defining PM strategies, MOC, and validating technical deliverables for handover.
• Act as the focal point for integrating maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity practices into the project phase, supporting a smooth transition to operations.
• Design and implement SAP asset register structures.
• Develop and align preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct technical evaluations of equipment and materials; defined maintenance contract scopes with OEMs and vendors.
• Review and approve maintenance task lists, BOMs, and asset tagging aligned with

commissioning and operational readiness deliverables.

• Support training and competency development of national staff to enhance operational self sufficiency.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Education:

• Engineering or technical qualifications in appropriate discipline.

Experience:

• 15+ years experience in Maintenance Readiness on projects and 5 year's in a Managerial role.
• Procedure creation and review experience.
• Experience in the Middle East.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, water treatment and Power plants are an advantage.
• A good understanding of project Systems Completions.
• Experience and understanding of Maintenance requirements.
• Process knowledge and experience is an advantage.
