Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment failures. TPM / PM systematic management and implementation.
- Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting. Implement effective RCA to improve maintenance operation. Set up effective KPI's to develop maintenance performance.
- Improve equipment availability. Improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation.
- Maintenance technical support. Effective equipment / facility investment project management. Optimize spare parts management.
Qualifications for the role
- Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation, bachelor is preferred.
- More than 5 years in Mechanical maintenance and engineering area in plant.
- Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CNC.
- Strong project plan and implement capability.
- Be good at logic thinking and self-learning.
- Good initiative work on high pressure.
- Good command of speaking and written English.
