Wood is currently seeking motivated and experienced Riggers ideally with maintenance and turnaround/shutdown experience, to work as part of our team supporting the imminent 2025 Ampol Shutdown for approx. 5-6 weeks, commencing IMMEDIATELY.
Only Intermediate and Advanced Riggers will be considered.
This is a Brisbane-based role, locally based applicants will be given preference. A good short-term opportunity to earn excellent rates, while still being based at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrable strong commitment to safety
- Enjoy working in a team environment and self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously when required, while taking ownership of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must have either an Intermediate or Advanced Rigging ticket
- Previous Shutdown/T&I experience is a definite advantage
- You will have proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments
- Current Forklift License desirable, but not essential
- You must have current Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket - validity 3 years from date of issue
- Must be available for a Wood pre-employment medical immediately
